Well... considering Bobby D had to 'fight' for TMO USA not to be sold off a couple of years ago... and presented his case not to stay on the track that brought them to where they are today (i.e. simple/stupid low cost value provider)... which has placed them in the category of cheap knock-off in comparison to AT&T and Verizon... that can't compete with their portfolio... I find myself agreeing with about 2.4 of your 127 points. I'm not talking about just wireless... a moniker that the others are stripping out of their brands... for a very good reason.

Seriously, I find it hard to believe that people are actually fighting for their current strategy. When you throw in the fact that AWS doesn't even fit into TMO International's strategy... meaning their close to 100 million customers do little for TMO USA's buying power, I’m confused further. Furthermore, TMO has no partnerships… and no capital for M&A.

And to top it off… yes, they’re having problems executing………. again. TMO needs to step up fast... unfortunately, with the turnover in COS, Marketing, Sales, etc... they couldn't find North if Santa Clause offered to pay for his services. IMO, it'll take at least 24 months for the new teams to step up to the plate (they have to learn the business, get to know each other, play grabass... and getting over their last job).

If all of this was happening 24 months ago with completion at the end of this year... I'd be singing a different tune. The days of TMO having the cost advantage are over. They failed to leverage years ago… and now they’re screwed in the US.

IMO, Crazy Eddie and his $50 unlimited plans were right on the money... I mean, who needs Customer Care or their JD Power awards if you no longer have billing questions? Dotson needs to go back to what he does best: fried chicken.

Greenblood, I for one am embarrassed about other's reactions to your posts (even if I agree with them in general). I thought the purpose of this site and other forums is to dialog... that's why I jumped into this fight. While others may have claimed to be your friend in the past.... and while it might not mean much: I have your back.

I find it amusing that some of the same people that attack Apple's frothing fanatics appear to be TMO fanboys. Hypocrites.

I happen to be both an Apple and a T-Mobile Fanboy, and i might as well throw Sony in there too (well, just gaming consoles). But greenblood, i trust you'll make the right decision in what your needs are, whether that is still with T-Mobile or not, is up to you and no one else. We can't force you to stay or go, we can only give you our opinions and hope that its been helpful in your decision making process. Sorry you had a bad day yesterday, but at T-Sig, as you know, we are a much more friendly community than a lot of other forums i've been to, and although some people did attack you slightly (and some more openly than others), i'm sure their intentions were good. But what j__1 said is true, and i agree with them, these forums are meant to be discussions and others have been overreacting a bit.

Posts like these though, for example, shouldn't be posted simply to attack someone.
