Default My RIZR is coppin' attitude

So I bought a new Rizr a few weeks ago. Generally it has been great but recently it has started giving me some problems...
1. Randomly the screen will go black, then bright white and reboot the whole phone. Doesnt' matter what I am doing.

2. When I try to text using itap it doesn't work. I can use all the other text inputting options but itap doesn't even register that I am pressing the buttons. I took the phone to a tmobile store and was told to go back where I got it and get a new one...

Anyone know why these things are happening? Or, even better, how to FIX them?

Thanks!

Try replacing it like you mentioned in #2. I'm really not sure whats causing the reset but its something with that phone. It might also fix the itap problem.

If you just bought the phone within 14 days, definitely go back and swap out It may be just a defective model. If you continue to have issues, ask for a new SIM, or possibly consider a new phone. The only i can think of with that issue is a defect.

My opinions/views/comments are just that, MINE, no one else's, not T-Mobile's, or any other carrier, any of their dealers, or any manufacturers.

T-mobile has a warranty for a year...if your phone does this, you should be able to send it back. A riskyer solution would be to Flash your phone...I would research this, but unless you really know what your doing, I would definitely just exchange the phone with T-mobile

Just send it back. Or if you are as impatient as me you can try to exchange at a local corporate store.

RIZR has a tendency to just suddenly reboot by itself. Mine has done that several times.

As for the itap issue, take it back or send it back and get a replacement.
