T-mobile International Calling

So I know that T-mobile charges a set-rate for calling international numbers, but lets say I talk to someone for 10 minutes. I will get charged a lot of money for this time, but will this also come out of my minutes bucket, or not? I couldn't find the answer on the site. Thanks guys.
Also...Where can I find rates for international calls?
I'm really liking this site so far! Its really helpful
