service request for zip 14103
currently I stay in Medina, where has no T-Mobile service at all
can I contact through support for this issue? Medina is a small town, has about 1000-2000 residents

Are you staying there long term? How far do you have to travel to get coverage? This has to stink.
 I don't know who to contact, and I bet their first suggestion would be to try the Hotspot @Home...EDIT: I looked up your zip on Compass... Since they have coverage around there, maybe they would consider it feasible to add a tower. Have you tried calling CS? Last edited by Scooby214; 06-30-2007 at 11:02 PM.
