recently I use the term FUD (Fear, Uncertain, Doubt) to describe the frustration to the users waiting for 3G

As of tomorrow morning I will no longer be an T-mobile customer. Right now I'm in a rush mode to decide between att and verizon. Decisions, decisions!

Yes, I worked for both actually and price wise for me they are going to be the same. It comes down to Chicago coverage and phone selection. On the one hand I can buy unlocked phones for roughly the same price I can buy phones outright with Verizon. So thats not too big of a factor plus I get a little more for my money with vz with navigator, mobile email and such.

This is your opinion, and definitely NOT a fact. IMO all carriers have their strong points and weak points, and a person needs to find which one will best meet their needs.
I have at&t, and happen to like both their customer service as well as the coverage that they provide me with in the areas that I need it......

...not looking to get flamed, but may I ask what you plan to do with 3G? I'm just looking for a practical application that pushes me to spend the effort to explore... whatever is out there.
While I always like to go faster and farther... I'm much more focused on open source infrastructure, standards, and 'horizontal' integration at this time. I’m running away from silos as fast as I can….

As far as I'm concerned, wireless got boring years ago.
