What spot is your favorite vacation destination? What makes you that place so nice to visit?

I really enjoy New York and Massachusetts. Also, anywhere in New England.

Foxboro, Mass. is by far my favorite though. It's far enough from Boston that you can get there in 10 minutes and is the home of the New England Patriots. However, it's really nothing more than a small colonial town. The old town square still exists the same as it was 200 years ago, surrounded by small independent bakers, jewelers, clothiers and eateries. The developments in this town are built in a circular fashion on a giant hill and are simply gorgeous. I recommend just taking a drive with you windows down in the late summer through these communities.

my favorite vacation place is BALI Island in Indonesia. It's a small island east from Java. Met my husband there. I went there every year from 1996-1999. It was totally great time. great food, great places to go (especially if you are willing to learn about Hinduism), great sightseeing (do I spell/say it right?). If you are interesting, I could give you my sibling's travel agent company's info so they can provide you more info about it.

I would love to see something like this! I don't think I have a favorite vacation spot - it seems like I've been traveling most of my life so settling down actually sounds better to me right now!
