Default Why did you choose your cell carrier?

I chose T-Mobile after years of switching between the carriers. Without going into the nitty gritty details of why I left the other ones, T-Mobile has kept me on with incredibly low rates, excellent customer service [with rarely a hold time] that makes me feel appreciated -not to mention they've ALWAYS helped me with account/possible overage issues- and reception that has worked EVERYWHERE I've been [I've traveled a lot].

So, why did you choose your cellphone carrier?

Well, I had Sprint but when I moved into my new house the Sprint signal was awful. I text a lot and TMo was the only carrier at the time (other than Sprint) that offered unlimited sms so I went with T-Mobile. That was 3.5 years ago and I have no regrets. I just wish TMo would get some better phones.

I originally had Cellular One before Verizon Wireless bought them out in my city. Also, being that I was only 12 or 13 at the time I was forced to remain with Verizon Wireless since I was on a family share plan with my mother.

Prices are definitely the best deal. But as well as that, T-mobile Customer Care was by far the best. Also around where I live, T-mobile I'd say has the same amount of service as Verizon, and is definitely better then Sprint or ATT. (ATT is terrible around here!)
When I started with T-mobile, they also covered all the highways and big roads better then the other carriers...and I was taking a lot of trips/driving a lot when I got T-mobile, so they seemed like the logical choice.

Two things. I had Sprint and was not happy with many aspects of the service ( putting it mildly), so I decided to switch. My mother-in-law was a CSR for T-Mo for years and told us to go there. It has been by far the best choice we could've made. They've been providing us excellent customer service since 2005.

I think I have reason why I stay with T-Mobile besides price
T-Mobile is reliable
no billing issue so far
decent audio quality, I don't remember when I got the last dropped call
and the CS is nice
