I don't think there is a way to get the ringers off of the music player list, unless you delete them.

What are you doing when it freezes? Does it just do it, or are you doing something when it does it?

Okay. I don't know how to prevent it, maybe someone else does. If you can't fix it, I would take it back to the store.

Is it still under warranty?

Good. So if you do need to take it back, they should help you.

So for now, just wait to see if anyone else can help.;)

I don't think there is a fix for the ringers but I think you can create a playlist and add all the regular music to listen to. That would keep the ringers off the playlist. Not sure what is causing the freeze.

I just need to go to Fun & Apps, File Manager, Sounds, My Sounds, Options, Delete.
It should be the same with Wallpapers.

I think to delete factory ringtones, you need a program call P2K Tools. I use that program to change the outside screen images on razrs.
