razr 2 V8, where is it?

I called Motorola at the end of June and they told me this phone was going to be available first week of July, I recently called them and now they have no date, does anyone have any further info on this phone? I currently have the nokia 5300, whivh is a great phone, however it is too thick, so I am looking to get the Samsung Blast
