it looks like Sprint will have big churn in the future, it's so stupid!

This really is outrageous, you have to wonder what their long term plan is for winning back customers. While I don't consider this a bad decision economically, its a media nightmare and I can't say I understand why now, at a point when Sprint is already losing the battle would they try a stunt like this.

Seriously, what are they thinking??? I can't understand why their marketing campaigns are so weak, another rebranding?! This is just getting out of line, I really should start perusing SU again just to get a feel of whats going on in the world of the Sprint customer. Its going to be hard to defend your company with this garbage.
