Razr v3 software?

I've got one of the original Razr's and the hinge is finally going ka-putz on me. The video is no longer working, and I don't think it's going to come back like it has in the past (from suggestive 'bump'ing....). Anyway... I have a cable from the software kit I bought years ago, but the kit is long gone.

Long made short... I need some software that I can load and browse/store the numbers that are stored 'to my phone' before I pitch this one in the trash.... Please help...
