Service issues

Has anyone noticed any service problems in the Austin area? Sometimes when I call someone it doesn't ring or it makes this high pitched scratchy noise.

i noticed a few days ago that when i tried to call tmo2go cs their fone system was down for 2days, along with partial tzones, when i tried adding airtime to me fone, it wouldnt go through and when it did their puter shorted me 89 minutes, but when i was able to call in they reimbersed me. also the fast track number u call when getting a scratch off card...it has been acting up a bit as well, but now it seems to be working.
