My girlfriend has decided to switch to T-Mobile...finally! How much will it cost her to break a 2 year contract with Verizon?
Thanks!
I think they have either a $175.00 or $200.00 early termination fee (ETF).

I thought Verizon had a prorated ETF. Is that only for newer accounts?

If you activated after a certin date it's pro-rated

For the ones that activated before the date... If one renewed his/her contract, would the new contract feature the prorated etf?
We don't have Verizon here in Oklahoma, so I have no experience with them.

i do not believe so. my gf got stuck on that boat when she did a rate adjustment on her verizon phone, which ended up with a 1yr contract extension
