I almost dropped my N78-3 after buying some MEdiaNet bytes and my monthly messaging package. I heard
"Yo, Whatzup, This is Nelly make your phone your own. Put some acetone on your phone."
When given the opportunity I requested acetone. The robo speech parser couldn't understand me. The robo 611 lady offered to put me through to an operator but knowing that I might melt some of the delicate plastic pieces opted out and hung up. Now I'll never know how they deliver acetone over the 3G network.

Then you haven't listened to the Nelly ad as of yet!

No, not yet. But I'm keeping my eyes and ears open in anticipation! :D

After carefully relistening to the ad and consulting with some teenagers it develops that Nelly has a diction issue. He apparently is selling "Answer tones"; he wants us to make our phones our own by putting someone else's music on them.

A curious concept isn't it? A more appropriate way to make our phones our own would be to remove the SIM lock, uncripple the hardware and give us access to legitimate modding software.
