Is anyone receiving error messages when trying to access certain AT&T services while using an unlocked device? More specifically, while using a 3G enabled unlocked device?

Insert a non-AT&T SIM card
-Enter the following-
*2767*3855#
-Wait for phone to restart
-Now enter
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000# (phone will show -------- instead of 00000000)
-Next enter-
#7465625*638*00000000#
-It should be permanently unlocked now(!)
And i found some unlocked blackberry on banggood.com.

It's not a matter or internal programming, it's a matter of whether of not the phone is supported for the specific service provided by the carrier (software compatibility issues from their end). Thanks for the attempt though, lol.
