I'm currently on Sprint Sero 500 getting 500 anytime, unlimited data and text for $30/mo. The plan is in someone elses name,

I would like to get an iPhone however my monthly cost would skyrocket compared to what I'm paying now. Does AT&T negotiate at all to get users to switch to their side.... cover cancellation fees, offer a lower monthly fee? Any special employee referral program like Sprint has?

The iPhone really appeals to me but currently it's not even worth considering for me at the monthly price point required for voice, data, text. If they could work it down, it might become tempting.

There are NO negoiations on iPhone plans, but you could get an employee discount based off of where you work. Apple restricts certain promotions from being utilized with there phone, lol.

Yeah, any incentives offered for other phones are stopped at the iPhone. I have ATT and even then, the iPhone is still in its own class.
