this is well-known secret
when you access personal coverage by putting in your zip on the home page, you get same result

that is there because t-mo used to track how many times the PCC was done by each store and compared it to how many credit checks they had. t-mo wants every rep to do the PCC for every customer wanting new service. it was just a tracking method.
