Ok I don't even know where to begin but I have been dealing with this issue for almost a week now, talked to many Reps.
Firstly, I used to pay by check each month and there was a $4.99
fee charge.
I switched over about the end of January to using a credit card, but April's bill was (received in Mail, and this online status shows the fee also!) charging me the $4.99 fee which should be waived by now (or the online status updated whichever or both!)
Next is, Taxes, Fees and Surcharges was $10.20 according to my statement I am holding in my hand. Why is the updated section online (same fee!) showing $12.00 now all of a sudden??? Is it because you guys noticed that since I am paying by credit card and your losing $9.98 total each month w/o that $4.99 fee added to my bill?
I don't handle any transactions online dealing w/ billing with your Company, but on March, 17th, 2009 I had to update my credit card exp. which I already had spoke to a Rep. about that and I thought it updated!
Well here I am editing to state that my update I did then has somehow reset itself back to the old expiration date...Now that's not updated Anyhow enough of this **** for one morning, excuse me but I'm past PO.
Now because I don't know what is going on or what I am being charged I have to wait for my credit card bill to make my final decision about leaving this Company, plus not to mention speaking to the other party who has the other phone on the shared plan has to say.
I been with your Company 3 yrs. yeah might not be that long but I like to handle Business professionally, and this last yr I haven't been getting this. I'm really at wit's end.
Lastly, but not least I spoke to a Rep March 18th, 2009 about the $4.99 fee your Company overcharged me for, and I stated for him to add that $9.98 towards my bill! Did he do that? No!
Instead he added it to my FlexAccount, ok I don't even use that at all, when I first got this phone 3 yrs ago I had funds there because your Company supplied me with them! Now there is $9.98 just sitting OMG! Ok I am done.
