Dash themes

I was wondering what is the easiet way to get the Iphone theme on the dash. I saw someone with the wing that had the iphone theme, I would really like to have it. I was wondering if someone can give me a good theme maker for the Dash. Also i noticed that some themes need something called Orange something can someone explain wat that is for. Also where is a good place to get dash wallpapers.

It's just an xml and jpg file to install.
