After 7 years of great Customer service today I tried to add minutes to Prepaid account w new Checking Account online. T-Mobile said bank refused-I called bank and bank said no electronic request from TMobile account is fine. After speaking to 7 reps for 85 minutes I was told new tmobile policy to not accept any new checking payment over $25. I was then transfered to yet another rep that I had to tell entire story to to pay by CC. In all I was lied to 4 times by TMobile CS reps and spent 2 1/2 hours trying to make payment when initial checking payment refusal could have expalined issue rather then stating my bank refused payment. I have stayed with TMobile for their customer service even though ATT had better signal in my area. UNTIL NOW. I will use up my last purchase and let everyone I know online how I was treated before I leave to go with a company that won't lie and make me spend 2 1/2 hours to complete a 45 second transaction.

You know i have had some really really bad experiences with them but then on the other hand i have called and got the most helpful person. So much is just who you talk to and how much they know. I think it should be that when you call and get a different dept or a dept that cant help you they should say i cant help and transfer you.
I got a sidekick in Jan/09 well since i got it off line i had to deal with them i had a problem when i made the order i set the service up also well someone did not do their job, lost my payment, got the service wrong, i had a G1 and Slide that i could not use, for three days i talked to countless people then one morning i woke up and called and one person fixed every problem i had like it was no big deal in less then five minutes he did what other could not do in days. Just who you talk to, i got rid of the slide gave it to my husband and got a BB and i call the BB dept for most things.

remember it can be worse with other providers but then again att would be nice to go to. I myself have been with tmobile ever since they were voicestream. My contract is up in a few days and i am going to try to get the g1 phone for the two year agreement price without the two years. if this does not happen i will be done with tmobile. Sometimes you have to remind these people that they are not the only prepaid cell phone providers to get your way with them.

I got a G1 and a blakberry. I gave the G1 to my son its pretty cool, just expensive i have the g1 unlimited plan plus unlimited messages and a favs plan and it is up there.
get insurance the little plastice piece that opens and closes them brakes in a lot of them you think with being so expensive that would not happen.

What you're forgetting is that you were talking to prepaid dept who are outsourced now. 7 years prepaid customer won't get the same treatment as a 7 year contract cust.
