So I bit. The email I received from them wants me to send in the invoice/packing slip as a proof of purchase, but there wasn't any in the box. Can any TMO Rep help me out?

I am a bit surprised this question went this long without some sort of an answer.

Call 611 or hit a store and ask. I'm just a T-Mo customer myself but that is what I would so under the circumstances.

Usually this crew is a bit more helpful. And, for all I know, someone answered you in a private message with exactly what you needed to know. I hope so.
