service term. fee

I heard that if you dont recieve a signal or service at your perinent residence.. your home... that they can not charge you the termination fee.

Does anybody know about this?


if this is true i would be so happy. Right not i have to have a house phone as well because i dont get any service with tmobile anywhere in my house. :(

Yes its true. A friend of mine switched from AT&T to T-Mobile but where he lives he gets no bars, so after 3 months of the same story he called them and he switched back to AT&T and T-Mobile did not charge them any termination fees.
