Does P168+ work in Tmobile network in New York?

I am about to purchase a P168 from Great Deals, Great Gifts, Free Shipping!, CECT Phones at discount prices (http://www.DealToGift.com). but not sure this phone will work with my current Tmobile plan. I am using N95 now in Scarsdale, NY. Since the phone will be shipped from overseas, I want to make sure before purchase it. Also, has anyone used Great Deals, Great Gifts, Free Shipping!, CECT Phones at discount prices (http://www.DealToGift.com)? are they reliable?
