Sprint Can't Adjust Length Of Ring?

I called Sprint Tech Support this morning and asked them if they could adjust the ring time length on my line, and the tech support rep said they couldn't do it. Is this true? I know that AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon can do it... :confused:

it can be done on all of the networks.

enter this into your keypad:
**61*(your area code + your first 3 digits of your phone number + 6245)*11*XX# and hit SEND

where XX = the number of seconds to ring before forwarding to voicemail, 30 seconds being the max, approximately 6 rings.

i know sprint has been closing all of their backdoor voicemail access, so that format may not work. if it doesnt, you can find your VM access number to use in this code under your "call forwarding" settings, or by using your voicemail shortcut and writing down the number that it dials to check your voicemail.
