View Full Version : Different Upgrade Prices?
I am have a family plan (5 lines), if I log onto my account and click on the upgrade phone, I get one price. If I log on as another phone on the account, I get a much larger price? All phones are not under contract. I signed up w/ a 1-year agreement in April 2007.
For example, my upgrade for a BB 8120 is $99 (after $100 rebate). On another phone it's $289.
What gives? How can I upgrade my wife or daughter's phone for a good price?

Two things come to mind immediately.
a - The first is to go to a T-Mobile store and see what they can do for you there, in person. I've found most face to face dealings work out quite well. A person can frequently override the predeterminded settings, throw in trinkets nad otherwise make it go easily.
b - The second is to call 611 and work it out over speaker phone. Put your device on a charger first. I say speaker phone to avoid doing damage to your elbow, wrist, hand and ear. You are going to be on for a bit. It might be quicker to drive into town and handle it face to face.
Thanks - I did speak w/ CS and the allege that I'm on a two-year. I have my receipts throught Letstalk.com. I've just got to fax them over to CS.
