Is it unlocked?... probably not... I want it if it's unlocked... I have AT&T now... so a T-mobile phone won't do me much good... it's a kick-ass phone, don't get me wrong... it's just too bad it's on a ****ty network...

make sure you have old version software, that you can use it with your laptop

What should I expect from the software. Sorry I have no idea about this phone. I used it a couple of times already but I still found out my sidekick is better. The camera is better than sidekick for sure.
