Despite winning FCC approval in July (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/FCC-blesses-BlackBerry-Bold-article-a_2957.html) and coming to market in early August (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/BlackBerry-Bold-is-here.-Well-not-here-here...-article-a_3019.html), the BlackBerry Bold has seen many (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/BlackBerry-Bold-gets-priced-dated-CDMAd-article-a_2807.html), many (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Bold-delayed-until-mid-August-article-a_2924.html), many (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/BlackBerry-Bold-coming-to-AT-T-in-October-article-a_3135.html), many (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/BlackBerry-Bold-coming-to-AT-T-in-October-article-a_3135.html), many (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Launch-delay-of-BlackBerry-Bold-causes-cancellation-of-AT-T-product-training-article-a_3244.html), many (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/AT-T-BlackBerry-Bold-still-in-testing-according-to-RIM-article-a_3266.html) delays here in the States. well the wait is finally over, and AT&T users will be able to get their hands on Rim's latest (well, not really) device on November 4th. In case you've forgotten, and we can't blame you if you have, the Bold not only gets a sleek- dare we say iPhoneish- makeover but also brings BlackBerry OS 4.6 (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Video-tour-of-BlackBerry-OS-4.6-article-a_2770.html) to the table, which promises a much prettier user interface to go along with many enhancements including better web browsing. Only time will tell if if was worth the wait, but you'll have to part with $299.99 and sign your wireless freedom away for two years to find out.

The Bold is a pretty phone, if I didn't have an iPhone it would definitely be on my short list.

What makes you like the iPhone more than a BlackBerry?

Pffft. iPhone is trendy. I like phones that are workhorses.

I mean seriously. The iPhone is a toy. My AT&T Tilt (HTC Kaiser) is like a small laptop. No wonder they call it a PocketPC.

To be fair though, the Blackberry can do many of the things my Tilt can...

Also true as well, I just have a preference for the BlackBerry OS though.

If I had to choose between the 3 that I have used, I would go with PalmOS. WinMo is laggy and slow, but easy as pie to customize. Blackberry is fairly snappy, but can be buggy, and not easily customized. PalmOS is FAST, snappy, and really really easy to "hack" and customize.

I've only had one experience with WinMo, and that's with the my old Motorola Q. Never again, LoL
