A young developer from Sweeden has finally brought Windows Mobile (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Windows-comes-to-the-iPhone-article-a_3324.html#) to the iPhone. All joking aside, it's usefulness may be in question but the feat itself is pretty impressive. We'd load it up on our iPhone for the novelty if nothing else, and if this means that multi-touch will work on Opera Mobile we wouldn't mind running TouchFLO 3D (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/HTC-Touch-Diamond-CDMA-Review-review-r_2034.html) on the iPhone's gorgeous hardware. It appears to work essentially like Boot Camp for your Mac; at startup the user chooses to go to the OS X environment or Windows Mobile. It's in beta right now, he says he plans to have it available as an open source (http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Windows-comes-to-the-iPhone-article-a_3324.html#) application for Jailbroken devices in January.

The Windows Mobile compatibility should help bring the Qik service to a larger audience. While the N95 is a very expensive phone (usually around $500-$600), the Q and BlackJack can be found for much more reasonable prices. Also, Microsoft says that it expects to sell 20 million Windows Mobile licenses in FY08, so there will be potential for much more growth as well.

Why is that? Could bring out more possibilities for the iPhone.
