Hi everyone...I saw a few posts about the iphone clone that were posted in February and am wondering if there is any new info. I need a new phone...I use the Dash right now and my service has been fading. I don't want to spend a lot of money and would buy the P168 if I was confident it would work with T-Mobile. I use myFaves but don't care so much about the interface. Any suggestions or comments? Thanks.

Not sure, but hopefully someone will come along soon who can clarify for us. :)

Believe it or not, I have a T-Mobile Dash and JUST received my CECT p168c in the mail today.
I like it so far and think it really is a good clone of the iPhone. Complaints include that it does not have JAVA or Wifi, as the Dash does, but service is great so far. I just put my SIM chip in and voila it works, I also have myfaves and to my knowledge that isn't affected, there just isnt the myfaves application obviously on the phone.

What do you think of the sound quality and the volume? I have a TMo line for personal use and an AT&T phone for work. As I recall, the CECT P168 is a dual Sim phone, right?

it is extremely loud with 6 speakers.... i always have my phone on vibrate so i dont ever have to hear it but i do use it as a media player sometimes because the quality is very decent
it is a sweet phone but one thing i dont like is how long it takes to reply to a txt haha.. so many buttons to actually get to sendin it, but its ok
good phone with actually great battery life also i go about 4 days between battery switchin
