YOUR TOP 3 WISHES: A Test To See If T-Mobile Is Listening To Us (or reading this)!

So in a test to see if T-Mobile is listening to us (or even reading this), I propose we all list our TOP 3 WISHES (or wants) here in this thread. It doesn't have to be realistic (although try and keep it at least logically attainable), and it doesn't have to be specific (although try and be as specific as possible). But your 3 wishes MUST BETTER YOUR OWN T-MOBILE EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER, (not as an employee if you are one).

Got it? Ok good... I'll start...

1) IMPROVE COVERAGE IN WEAK OR NO SIGNAL AREAS (such as inside large/thick-walled buildings, in between mountains, or off major highways in more rural areas... sometimes AT&T and Verizon customers get on my nerves ).

2) BRING BACK LOYALTY MINUTES (I really miss that program... *sniff* :().

3) INTRODUCE A 1,500 MINUTE FAMILY PLAN (or something comparable in between 1,000 and 2,000 minutes, and priced favorably to compete with other carriers' 1,400 Minute Family Plans).

1) Enlarge the "gated garden" that is known as T-zones (on prepaid T-Mo2Go) to include the ability to check email from yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.

2) PLEASE allow conditional call-forwarding for prepaid customers!

3) Would you consider adjusting your rate structure so that a $10 card provides 10 cpm rates to Gold Rewards customers? Please? Pretty please?

4) Please stop neutering the phones. Example: Nokia 6030 RM-225.

1) Improve coverage throughout PA. so I could go back to having just one wireless carrier again.

2) Add a few mobile web plans for TMobile To Go customers to choose from.

3) Add unlimited night minutes to your $29.99 plan.

I think this test should be given to the sales Reps. as well. I find it to be extremely annoying when I go into a store and end up coming out having sold myself a phone due to the Reps. poor comprehension skills, or ignorance to the products that they are selling.......
A positive attitude test might serve them better as well!!!

My favorite posting partner of all time are you insinuating that moi needs an attitude readjustment????

Anyone seen the movie waiting??? Remember the crazy waitress who when she goes into the bowels of the kitchen just rants away but on the floor shes the prize of the staff. Thats me, in a nutshell. I receive more compliment letters than the entire district combined, why because I was raised a nice Jewish boy. But ohhhhhhhhhh when you leave the store ooooooo I'm making you the butt of my next hours jokes as well as source material for Tmobilesignal!

Respectfully, yes!!!! Like it or not, customer satisfaction is #1 in todays job market, and if the people that are in these roles don't like their jobs that much, then they should get a job that is not service oriented......

Lest we confuse what I say and what I do. Don't for one instance consider the idea that I am not the very best face I can be every day. HOWEVER, thats not to say that I don't vent here, there or home. I do not ever allow my frustrations to come through to those in front of me. I'm a strong proponent of never showing weakness and I fulfill that in my everyday life as well as my job role. I don't allow people to see the darker side of wireless and even here on a forum its a veiled window. None of us would speak the way we do here in person if this were a round table conversation or a candle pass.

The beauty of forums like these is we can say what we really mean, and even to some extent exaggerate it. I have no qualms about providing top notch customer service everyday to everyone regardless of age, gender, race or iq.

While my thoughts and feelings are certainly not shared across the industry or any other service industry for that matter don't think for one moment that should you walk into my store you would not receive respect or not be treated like a person.

Whether or not I make fun of you after you leave because you couldn't turn your phone on remains to be seen!

There has to be some leeway given for all jobs, don't tell me in your ER you don't see people come in who really don't have an emergency, who really DO NOT need to be there. Don't act like you and some of the other nurses don't commiserate about who is there and why? Water cooler talk is part of our nature, it's as if its coded in our DNA.

I understand I respect those who read the employees thoughts on this forum and are frustrated by it. I understand that completely and you have every right to be. However, its rare that our side is seen. The frustrations that are posed by dealing with those who are incapable of handling their own affairs. I don't wake up in the morning to be verbally abused everyday because some idiot didn't think to track their minutes. I didn't wake up every morning to be verbally abused because somewhere along the line customers forgot this was a business and figured they could upgrade whenever they want for free.

This is a give and take movement. Don't forget that my attitude is directly proportionate to the attitude of the person standing in front of me.

Here's my answer for ya guys!

My wish is come out with some sweet phones and 3G. I'm tired of hearing all these awesome phones coming out to other carriers and we can't even get all the phones T-mobile uk gets. why can't they sell an awesome phone that will support 3g in the future but we can take advantage of all the other cool features now?

1.EDGE coverage everywhere, I have it on AT&T's Affiliate, Edge Wireless, literally even in the middle of nowhere, I know you can do it T-Mobile :)

2.Speed up your 3G deployment

3.Improve coverage in and around San Dimas, CA, currently it's very bad, especially on Arrow Hwy.

4.Improve coverage at Shasta College in Redding, CA, it's unusable at the college.

5.Improve coverage in Palo Cedro, CA (just outside of Redding, CA), it's really bad around there.

5.Get some SonyEricsson phones!

6.Stop preventing use of Opera and other third party Java Apps on regular phones, ie.Nokia 6133.

1. give prepay more respect since we pay more money than contract users ( atleast i do pay more). in other words, give us free mobile web or atleast the option to subscribe to it, and the email access etc... i dont mind being on prepay, i just wish we had more services, and freedom. i have to carry 2 fones around to make up for what T-mobile doesnt give me, in the area where i stay mostly, that makes me look like im a drug dealer, and i dont want that stereotype, im a teacher/instructor, not a dope dealer.

2. dont cripple our fones if we use a contract fone with prepay, saves me the time of uncrippling it. please dont cripple our fones at all, give us the choice if we want them crippled or not, i understand you do cripple for security reasons, but an option on My T-mobile would be nice, that way we could turn on/off what we need/want or dont want/need etc...but security comes first i understand that.

3. please read all of these requests on this forum and help better your service, and company. T-Mobile is great already, but you can always make yourself even better.

4. keep up the good work you are already doing and have a great day !!!!!

It seems it takes T-mobile a lifetime to rlease a good phone, where AT&T seems to release phones all the time, no more crappy samsung phones, come up with something innovative, they focus too much on their plans, they need to focus on better quality phones, like the nokia 5300, rizr, pearl, etc

Let's see.... my 3 wishes would be....

1. Better coverage in what you call rural areas. (Personally I have great coverage but others in my area don't.) We live along a major interstate at least cover all of it!

2. Stop stereotyping prepaid Prepaid does not necessarily mean "credit challagned or deprived" (Although I think FlexPay may help that) I am prepaid because I CHOOSE to be not because I HAVE to be.

3. Allow prepaid to have more options/services. We call mobile to mobile too, use internet, and rather enjoy nights and weekends to talk!

All that said.......Tmobile is still the best in my book.
