There are four pods in my store each with a chair. I don't understand why customers who are waiting have to come and sit in front of me when the customer I am working with walks away to look at phones. I just don't understand why they presume they can occupy space already being occupied. I just want to shout this is occupied territory bitch, move!!!!

Just be glad they don't mark their territory like *itches! ;-) Sorry, that other thread is still on my mind.....

At the TMobile store near me, there is a line that customers who come into the store are directed to wait in until the Rep. calls on them to come over. Doesn't your store have a waiting line for its customers?

WTF... at the T-mo store nearest to me THERE ARE NO CHAIRS OR ANYTHING TO SIT ON!!!! So I guess if you get transferred here, you don't have to worry about random people occupying chairs... or pods... or whatever... ;):p

Chokaay, are there chairs that the Reps. can sit on at the store near you, or do they stand as well?

We stand...or at least we are supposed to stand, normally I just steal the chairs and sit on them. Let the customers stand!

They stand as well. They stand on anti-fatigue mats behind 3 small "modernized-style" tables that come up about waist-high. Aside from that, a wall counter on the opposite side, and a glass case in the middle of the room (with a random sprinkling of narrow accessory racks), there's tons of floor space.
