What are they going to do? Make a nokia phone that can browse t-zones via wifi? It's not like t-mobile will let you use google maps or opera mini or anything. It has to be a typo.

I can guarantee that you can make WiFi calls with this phone. It is enabled for HotSpot@Home. I know this for sure because I have already used it and it works like a champ. Much better than the Nokia 6086. Also it is a very sturdy phone with a nice screen and good performance. This is definitely a good one just wish the price was a little bit better. Oh well when the price drops a little expect his one to sell very well.

does this phone support using the wifi to browse web pages? for example: a user agreement page that some hotspots make you view before you can hit the internet.

from the searching I've done it's not possible, but I didn't find anything that might be specific to a Tmo phone.

yep.

it's a new naming campaign by t-mobile to separate their UMA phones from their new "Hotspot @ Home" landline calling service coming on July 2nd.
