Pre-paid to yearly plan

My girlfriend currently has a pre-paid phone and she wants to switch to a yearly plan. I want to know if there will be an activation fee if she switches?

t-mobile will have to run a credit check on here to find out if she has a deposit. if she passes then yes you still do have an activation fee.
if you go to a corporate store you may be able to convince them to waive it since you are a t-mo customer already
