New Phones(/coming out)

Do you know if t-mobile is planing on coming out with a phone like Verizon's ENV, or Verizon's Voyager, or Sprint's Rumor? They are almost like having two phones in one. I really want tmobile to come out with one. Their designs are really cool. Do you know if they are planning on it?
Who designs/ picks the phones we get?

thank someone else for finally wanting a phone like that. T-mobile either has a really expensive phone with QWERTY keyboard or their usual cheap phones. there is no in between phones unless you count the sidekick id
