I've watched some demos but none like that. That is going to really help T-mobile's image in the stores. I can't wait till it comes out

i love it.. i cant wait for those to come out. it will make my experience in the stores go a lot faster for sure.

This looks like it will be nice. But I just hope TMobile will leave enough reps. in the store to Handel the customers questions.

thats what I'd hope too...

i wouldn't want to lose my job over a computer.

besides, customers usually have some discrepancies that the computers usually can't resolve..

so I'm sure it's all good.

it's just going to be an enhanced version of the payment machine... i don't think this will cause stores to hire less employees

since T-Mobile is strong on CS part, I bet they don't do something stupid

Will probably be similar to the functions Sprint's touchscreen's have. It'll tell about phone(s) you own or are looking into, plans, and other special features
