zip is helpful... if we can get that all the times from user is easier to map the range of 3g instead of city name

On which carrier? Yeah I know you mean Tmo but I couldn't resist. If we were talking in general, I've had 3G HSDPA since November 2005 and UMTS well before that. I see a lot of pie in the sky expectations of what you can do over HSDPA, voip? You kidding? Besides being prohibited 192ms of latency on a good moment is not going to cut it.

Well, I've heard of people having good luck with voip over on Sprint's EVDO service. I would have tried it but never could get the volume to come out the proper speaker. Though I don't know how different that is from HSDPA.

Hey got a curious question: Has anyone tried to use 3G service on the 5.99 T-Zones plan instead of the 19.99 Total Internet Plan? I use GPRS/EDGE connection for full internet and tethering on my SE K800i with the 5.99 T-Zones plan, and I'm pondering about my next phone being able to utilize 1700/2100 HSDPA. But I want to stick to 5.99 a month for internet of course =D

Hey greenblood -- your list at the top includes two Sony Ericsson phones... I thought nothing but the Nokia and Sammy supported the T-Mo/1700/AWS frequency right now. Those SE's I think will only work on AT&T HSDPA network.
