unfortunately, Bella is really Z780
however, I am happy I can opt for HSDPA supported phone for less!

SE can change the band to 1700 by T-Mobile request, there's no doubt
will get one, and renew my contract

The documentation I am going off of does provide T-mobile official planned launch date for the device. HOWEVER it often does change before the actual release with regards to troubles with FCC testing, or internal T-mobile testing. Being the first SE added back to T-mobile lineup there is a fair chance it will get help up in testing, but that is just a logical guess, hopefully I am wrong!

Maybe it will be ok for tethering which is probably what Greenblood will use it for.
But with that 7 year old display on the front it will be mistaken by a cheap phone by the general public. I wouldn't be seen with that thing.
