I say get the curve now since no one knows when the 9000 will launch. The curve rocks anyway, you won't regret it at all

While the curve is awesome and I would love to have one, I am also going to hold out and wait to see what is coming. There look to be some pretty nice phones in the works.

thats what sucks about phones, something new is always "right aroudn the corner" then you buy something, and then you wish you wouldve waited even longer... but if you always waited for the next big thing, youd never get anything new.

I heard the Blackberry 9000 was releasing on AT&T Soon. But, I guess that really doesn't matter cause don't blackberries always release on all carriers?

Well this Blackberry "9000," from what I've read, might be launching in July or August. Give all the carriers half a month to a month to configure for each carrier's respective software.

I think the date has been pushed back because of the inclusion of T-Mobile's UMTS antenna, since this new BB was only going to include HSDPA, which works find for AT&T and Verizon. :(

Well I hope it does launch around October/November cause i'll have some money for it by then.

I asked the Rim reps who were in my work last week and they couldn't confirm or deny the existence of the 9000. Normally by now we'd have had a release date (for internal use only ;) ) but not a thing on this yet so I don't think a summer release is probable. I'm considering the 8120 for my next upgrade in aug, unless by then there's a release date/price for the 9k, my Shadow is nice and all but the battery life is killing me!

For sure man, going from the pearl back to the sidekick made me realize how weak the battery is! The pearl could go 2 days without charging, the sidekick needs to be charged every night. :D
