Some of Alltel's commercials really make me mad when they take cheap shots at T-mobile. I find this completely immature, and laughable that Alltel is desperate enough to have to stoop to this level to get attention.

The third commercial was stupid. The others were okay but still lame.
I see their advertisements, but I don't see them in my area. Oh, irony.

I don't see to many Alltel commercials on TV, but that may be due to the fact that Alltel doesn't have any coverage in my area.

Alltel's major failure: no native coverage in tri-state area (NYC+LI, NJ, CT)

Alltel does provide CDMA roaming in most of rural Oklahoma. I don't see how they really make a good profit that way, as most of rural Oklahoma is really sparse and quiet. There are times when you can count more skunks on the highways than drivers.
Fortunately, there are some regional GSM providers that offer roaming coverage for T-Mobile!

Alltel advertises near me...Can't get service here.
Sonic advertises near me...No stores within a few states.
Ci Ci's pizza advertises near me...Ditto.
The list goes on and on. They're either idiots or really optimistic about future expansion.
haha...maybe I am not experienced in business but this seems like a bad move for businesses like Alltel, Sonic, and Ci Ci's to advertise when they are unavailable in your area. Honestly, customers have a short attention span on average and I doubt they will be inclined to wait around until these services/places are available. Customers buy what they want, not what they need.

Yep, no Alltel or Sonic here, but I see the commercials all the time. I kinda want a Sonic here, looks like some good stuff lol

I've driven through Oklahoma to get to Dallas, and I have to say you're right... Though it was dark - kinda explains the smell...

On the good side... Even during the busiest of rush hours in Okla. City I can get across town in less than an hour. Plus, we have a very good T-Mo buildout.
