So, I downloaded and installed windows mobile 6.1 for my dash today(and of course did a Sprite Backup prior to installing it)....it's ONLY the best thing to ever hit the market LOLOL! WAY better than normal 6. anybody else tried the update yet?

Been running it for a couple of weeks. It's the ONLY solution that I've found for the contant rebooting problem.

I love it!

I've had WM6.1 on my phone (was Mogul, now a Tilt) for quite awhile now. Seems to run much better than WM6.

it TECHNIACLLY hasn't been released yet, but there is a "hacked" version of it so to speak

Oh, the native threaded text messaging is very, very nice! I used the palm version for a little while, but always had complaints of some people getting multiple copies of texts so I am very pleased to have it built-in finally.

True - which is something I wish I had done when making a backup of everything before a ROM update because I don't think PIMBackup knew how to deal with the threaded stuff. I ended up with only my half of the conversations! It was pretty one-sided...

At least I assume it was that PIMBackup didn't know how to deal with the threaded text...could have been something else.
