WOW.. 40 different phones? I've just got to ask... who's your favorite manufacturer? What's the most functional phone? How many phones do you alternate through using T-Mobile on a daily/weekly/monthly basis?
Anyhoo, great to have you here, looking forward to your contributions... really glad you decided to come on out of the shadows and start posting. Did anything particular catch your eye or did you just decide "Meh, looks fun" and join up?

Actually, I just love that this site has a dedicated TMO section. All the other sites I go to dont. Yes! I aint a lyin! I said 40. I have included a link to a list I recently made and IM SURE i forgot a few. And to answer your question, I really like the Blackberry 8100 and Curve. The sound, ringtones, Wifi is all excellent. Im really REALLY fickle when it comes to phones, if the earpiece, ringtones, proccessor sucks, back it goes. Right now I have the samsung t819 just becaused i "settled" for it. TMO really needs an excellent phone to add to its lineup because I litteraly seen em all.

that link is to a pic of the list I made, but Im sure I left some out. yeah, im obssesed and probably can afford the counseling with the $$ i spent over the years.
*edit*
As for funtionality, I would have to put down the sidekick since is so user friendly and has a FUN User interface. As far as sexyness, the RAZR2 and the unlocked GSM chocolate are the best looking Ive owned. I also switch between my pearl and Moto W490 depending on my mood. I want an unlocked iPhone and that will probably be my next endeavour.

Yes, T-Mo is awesome... why not have a dedicated section for it? That's pretty much becoming the focus for CPS, so stay tuned for more changes.
My first phone was through Verizon... an Audiovox SMT5600 or somethin like that... well, whatever it was... the green backlight was "in" and there was no color. I followed that up with an Audiovox soon afterwards. I completely agree with you on the BB's, I had the Curve for sometime and I was in love with it, seemed like the most functional phone I ever owned. The Dash comes in a close second, but Windows Mobile is quirky. Oh well, that's what I'm stuck with for now - it's still better than a non-smartphone.
So now the real question... you may have owned 40 phones, but how many do you own now? Had I known I would have become somewhat "obsessed" with cell phones [to a degree] I would have kept all of them... just because... but as of now I only have every phone I've had with T-Mobile [only 5] in a camera carrying case in my room.

As of right now, I have 7 phones. Samsung t819 (im using) Moto W490, BB Pearl 8100 (Blue), Blue Moto RIZR, Nokia 6800 (my friend in paris france accidently kept this for a yr before i got it back!) Some old White Screened Nokia, Unlocked White LG Chocolate.
I have given countless phones away, sold them, broke them w.e. Im trying to sell off these last ones, but its kinda tricky since theres ALWAYS something newer out.
