That's a good question. I know T-mo To Go Prepaid has over 70%+ of the SAME roaming areas as postpaid (last I heard), and I know that it's increasing all the time. But I don't know where they stand right now, or what areas are different from postpaid. Maybe someone else with more knowledge about T-mo coverage can answer this question better...

I know that T-Mobile To Go does not have roaming agreements with Cingular in New Jersey, but that is all I know. It would be nice if T-Mobile To Go would have nationwide roaming with Cingular. Then people with T-Mobile To Go would get service everywhere that T-Mobile is and everywhere that Cingular is. On the T-Mobile To Go coverage map, it shows some areas with roaming, do you know if that is all of the areas? I have heard that in some states, even when you are not in the roaming coverage area, that you can roam onto other networks.
