On June 26, from 11:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. PT, the T-Mobile IT Department will be upgrading the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to version 4.1.
Details
On June 26, from 11:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. PT, the T-Mobile IT Department will upgrade the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to version 4.1.
The server will be unavailable and will not be able to send or receive e-mail on BlackBerry handhelds.
Messages sent will be delivered once the server is online.
You will still have ability to send or receive messages via Outlook and Web Mail.
If you require technical assistance outside of the change window mentioned above, contact the IT Help Desk via e-mail or at 877-878-7326.
