Aloha and welcome to the forums! Might I ask about the SU Group and what that is?

The SU is a Sprint Users group/forum. I had major issues with the ETF fees and problems with my daughter's phone. After 8-9 years with Sprint, I needed help. They gave it and here I am. As my sig states, I have been with T-Mobile for 3 years, but it was easier to keep the family plan with Sprint and I did until now. Sprint-free with NO ETFs and happy with the decision and daughter is with T-Mobile as well. She couldn't be happier with the help and assistance at the store she went to in Hilo. The reps were helpful and knowledgeable.
