Get old text messages

I have an URGENT question! My ex-boyfriend is threatening me constantly through repeated phone calls and text messages. I want to use them as proof that he's a threat but my phone deleted the text messages. Is there a way I can retrieve these older text messages? I'd really appreciate any type of assistance! Thank You!

If you have a Smart phone, you could try downloading a program called "Jeyo Mobile".

If not, then I don't think that there is a way to retrieve old text messages on a regular phone.

not sure if you can retrieve the contents of the message, but your detailed t-mo bill will have the times and dates of all calls and sms/mms... i would suggest taking photographs of the messages when you receive them.

if you are receiving threats, i would really suggest you call my least favorite people, if you now what i mean.

That's a good idea anfrey. If the OP really does feel that he/she is being threatened by the person sending those text messages and is unable to copy them, the best think to do would be to take the handset into his/her local police station and let them see them. I'm sure the police would be able to help out in a situation like this.
