Movies on my T-Mobile MDA

I'd like to know how to add movies onto my T-Mobile MDA but I'm not sure how to get the movies from my computer to my phone. Anyone know how?

well you can just use activesync to do it. it is a program on the disk that came with the phone. or google activesync 4.5 for the latest version. once you install that connect your phone to the pc and it will start the program. then just click explore and drag and drop whatever you want to the phone.
