Samsung t319 - text message deletion

Hey everyone! My sister just bought a Samsung t319 and she told me to ask this question. Is there a way for her to get extra memory in her phone to store her text messages? She can only hold up to about 30-40 text messages at a time.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here, but to my knowledge there is no way to free up more space on on a phone without a memory card unless you delete some of the applications that are not being used on the phone...... Also delete some of the text messages that don't really need to be saved will help free up more space as well.

I can hold 200 messages on my phone and 30 on my SIM. I currently have 30/30 SIM and 10/200 phone. It lets me store a lot. I don't know why it does not let her have more than 30-40.
