When I bought my T-Mobile Dash the salesman said there was built-in WiFi into my phone. Does that mean I can the Internet for free without being charged? Also, can I connect my computer to my Dash and surf the Internet for free?

It means you are FREE to connect YOUR Dash with YOUR wireless router (or other FREE Wifi locations) and surf the Internet as you would on a computer. However, if you still want to get Unlimited Internet through T-mobile (away from your router or any other free WiFi places), you're going to have to pay for the Unlimited Internet Add-on.

yes the wifi is free. and yes you can use the dash as a modem for your pc but not through wifi only through a data plan from t-mo. look at the topp of this forum (tech support) there you will find my post of dash faqs. it shows you how to get unlimited internet for the dash for $6 instead of $30

t-mobile also offers a hotspot add-on that allows you to use their wifi hotspots free of charge
