Verizon Customer Service is Deteriorating

I recently found a Verizon phone at my school. I brought it into a local Verizon store and they didn't even thank me for turning in the phone. They even asked me if I stole it. Can you believe that?!?! I'm glad I'm with Sprint!

Agreed...plus, you can't judge one experience as a non customer as an indicator to make a general statement as "VZW CS is deteriorating"...no offense...
