Called ID Problems

Well until today Ive had no real problems with T-mobile or my Blackberry Pearl. Today I noticed that when someone calls me the caller idea doesnt show up. At times it will show up but after the person hangs up and the name and number will pop up for a second then itll say I have a missed call. And then sometimes it will come up half way through my ringers. Does anyone know whats going on with that?

I might try power cycling the phone. Slight chance that could be the cause. Probably network related. Call 611 and see if they show any issues in your area.

How do you power cycle it? Ive never really done anything with cell phones so that may be a stupid question.

Its not a stupid question to do a power cycle just turn the phone off and back on again and thats a power cycle, or you can remove the batt and put it back then restart the phone.

Oh ok thanks yeah I know how to do that, just didnt know thats what it was called. I'll try that and let you guys know.
